What is the production time for custom labels?
Our labels in standard sizes are produced in 10 to 15 business days. For custom sizes, the lead time can vary slightly depending on the complexity of the project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is 500 labels. You can then adjust your volumes to your needs, with a production tolerance of ±10% on the final quantity delivered.
What files do I need to provide for printing?
You need to provide your artwork on the template (die-line) supplied by our team, in .ai, .eps or .pdf format. Our team is here to help if needed. *Graphic design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the artwork
Can the labels go in the freezer?
Yes. Our labels use an all-temperature adhesive that resists cold and suits refrigerated or frozen products. For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and frost-free at the time of application.
Are the labels water-resistant?
They resist moisture and splashes, but they are not designed to be submerged in water. For products heavily exposed to moisture, we recommend a laminated finish for extra protection.
